After you begin your exercise program it will be very important to continue to exercise on a consistent basis and not allow this to become an obsticle. Many of us start out great, we get to the gym 4 times a week, go out and buy that those jogging shoes, and get that jump rope. Then we begin to find it harder to meet our everyday demands and we only go to the gym 2 days a week and finally we get there when we can.
