Taking the right vitamins is essential for healthy skin and looking beautiful. We can use as many creams and lotions as we want – but at the end of the day it is what we are putting in our bodies through eating different foods that will have the most substantial advantages or disadvantages. We say advantages or disadvantages because it depends what your diet consists of.

If we eat the RDA (recommended daily allowance) of vitamin A then you will notice that your skin is far smoother. Vitamin A is otherwise known as a building block for our skin and without it we can say goodbye to a polished look! If you are deficient in vitamin A then your skin might appear dry and even flaky.

Vitamin A or Retinol is also found to slow down the signs of aging as in wrinkles around the eyes and mouth.
